On March 10, 2004, in Moscow, AK Sibur JSC and Beltransgaz JSC signed an agreement for gas supply to Belarus.
More than 10 % of gas supplied to Belarus are consumed by Grodno Azot JSC which has been about to terminate operation since February, 19.
The agreement signed envisages the provision of 1 billion cubic meters of gas in 2004. This includes the supply of 200 million cubic meters of gas in March.
According to the press service of Sibur, gas transport conditions were approved by Gazprom.
